Personalised Visual Timetable

A timetable of 30 word and visuals cards of your choice from our list of available visuals, that together create a visual timetable. Symbols measure approximately 6 x 5.5cm.

When ordering personalised items from Create Visual Aids:

• You choose all 30 symbols (from the list of those available)
• You can specify details in some of the symbols e.g. the colour of a car etc.
• You can choose the skin colour for any people that appear in the symbols.
• You can choose the border colour for the symbols.
• You can choose the colour of the display board to which you can attach the symbols.

You will receive a hard copy of your visuals on our professionally printed material, along with two foamex boards. Both symbols and display board will have Velcro attached to join the two to one another. 

How to order:

1. Add the item to your cart and checkout when you are ready. 
2. Complete the form here telling us your choices of visuals and any other details you would like to include. The cut off time is 12pm on a Thursday for dispatch the following Friday (8 days later). 
3. Sit back and relax - we will email you a draft version of your visuals within 72 hours for you to view and approve. (Please keep an eye out for this - if you can't see it, it may be in your junk folder.) 
4. Reply to the email by 5pm Friday for dispatch the following Friday, letting us know if you would like any changes. 
5. We will then make your timetable and post it to you.

PLEASE NOTE THE TIMESCALE FOR ORDERING PERSONALISED VISUALS:

Visuals are sent to the printer's on a Monday morning, and are collected and dispatched on a Friday. Please tell us your choice of visuals by 12pm Thursday. We will then email you a draft version and these need to be approved, or any changes requested, by 5pm Friday. Your order will then be dispatched the following Friday. 

If these times are missed we can send to print the following week.
