A3 Weekly Timetable

This simple A3 chart is designed to show your child what they have on each day. It includes the 7 days of the week plus up to 35 symbols (5 per day) of your choice to represent what they will be doing. Once this timetable is set up it gives your child the independence to find out, in a very simple way, what they have on so that they feel in control.

The symbols measure 5.5 x 4.5 cm each and are professionally printed onto our super durable material. Each symbol has a VELCRO® Brand loop coin on the back, and they are then attached to the backing board using VELCRO® Brand hook, giving you the flexibility to move them around as necessary. 

You can choose the colour of the board and symbols and the skin colour of people in the symbols.

How to order:

1. Add the item to your cart and checkout when you are ready. 
2. Choose from our Gallery of Visual Symbols here.
3. Complete the form here telling us your 35 choices of visuals (not including the days of the week) and any other details you would like to include, such as the background of each visual and the colour of the backing board. 
4. Sit back and relax - we will email you a draft version of your visuals within 72 hours for you to view and approve. (Please keep an eye out for this. If you can't see it, it may be in your junk folder.) 
5. Reply by 5pm Friday with any changes or approval
   
6. We will then send your timetable to print the following Monday, and dispatch the following Friday. 

Production Timeline

Cut-off: Thursday 12pm for symbol selection.

Draft approval: Friday 5pm.

Dispatch: Following Friday (8 working days from order).

We send visuals to print on Monday mornings and dispatch on Fridays to ensure the highest quality.

If these times are missed we can send to print the following week. Thanks for your understanding.
