Personalised Visuals

Choose any visuals from our Library of Visuals, and you can add any of your own touches such as:

- Your own wording

- Your own choice of skin colour or colours

- Your own colours throughout the visuals such as change of car colour or border colour

- You can also send in photos and we will print those for you (these are a great way to represent people). Please do not send in stock photos because we can't and won't steal anyone else's artwork!

You can also choose between the following sizes:

Standard: 6 x 5.5cm, as found in our Visual Timetables and Now and Next sets.

Small: 5.5 x 4.5cm, as found in our Communication Book and Feelings and Calming Charts. 

Prices are as follows:

Order between 1 - 9 visuals: £1.50 each

10 - 29 visuals: £1.25 each

30 - 49 visuals: £1 each

50+ visuals: 75p each

How to order:

1. Select your visuals from our library of visuals and make a note of them and any changes you would like.

2. Select the number of visuals you are planning to purchase from the calculator on the right here. 

3. Add them to your basket and check out. 

4. Tell us your choices and the changes you would like by filling out the form here. The cut off time is a Thursday at 12pm for dispatch the following Friday (8 days later). 

5. Sit back and relax - we will email you a draft version of your visuals within 72 hours for you to view and approve. (Please keep an eye out for this - if you can't see it, it may be in your junk folder.)

6. Reply to the email letting us know if you would like any changes by 5pm Friday for dispatch the following Friday. 

7. We will then order your visuals and post them to you.

PLEASE NOTE THE TIMESCALE FOR ORDERING PERSONALISED VISUALS:

Visuals are sent to the printer's on a Monday morning, and are collected and dispatched on a Friday.

The cut off for telling us your choice of visuals is a Thursday at 12pm. We will then email you back a draft and as long as we receive your approval or any changes by the close of work on Friday, they can go to print the following Monday for dispatch the following Friday. 

Basically, depending on when you order and approve your visuals, your order can take up to two weeks to be dispatched.
